'Join me today for this killer 1 Hour Resistance Band Workout that has 60 exercises and is a no repeat workout  An entire 60 minute workout without repeating any of the exercises. The no repeat workouts are so popular with everyone so coming up with this one was quite a challenge but we got there.   I had originally broken this workout into 3 parts and have been posting as 3 separate 20 minute workouts   But have been getting a lot of requests to post the whole thing so here it is for those who want to enjoy the full hour uninterrupted.   This will be working every muscle group , the chest, arms, shoulders, lats & back , legs and abs   With a combination of isolation exercises and compound movements.
